PUMPOUT INFORMATION PAGE

Please be advised, the Danvers Harbormaster’s Office has suspended all scheduled pumpout services for the remainder of the season as of Friday, September 30, 2011.

The pumpout boat will be available as needed on Friday, Saturday and Sundays through October 23, 2011. The pumpout boat can be hailed on channel 09 VHF or by calling our office at (978)762-0210.

After October 23rd boat owners are urged to continue keeping our waterways clean by utilizing shore based pumpout facilities at the Danversport Yacht Club. Scheduled pumpout services will resume on June 1, 2012. Boat owners will have to re-apply at that time.

Remember, federal and state laws prohibit the discharge of treated or untreated sewage in the coastal waters of Danvers. Violators may be fined up to $2,000 for each infraction.
